Use of this website is prohibited for any reason other then entertainment purposes. Use of this website is done so at your own risk. Media files may cause damage to sensitive data or hardware. We do not guarantee the security or safety of the media distributed on our site nor do we accept any responsibility for what is posted or otherwise viewed on our website. Any damages from the use of our website is the sole responsibility of the end user agreeing to our terms of use. Sock It To The Pedal is in no way liable for any damages you may incur through the use of our website or services.

2. MEMBERS: All members of Sock It To The Pedal agree and are bound to all terms set forth by this agreement. Members consist of paid memberships and registered guests. Members are granted permission to post their own content in designated areas of Sock It To The Pedal. Paid members are authorized to view and/or download premium content based on package type and current server load. Under no circumstances should a member’s account be sold, traded, or shared. Violations will be recorded by Internet Protocol Addresses and users will be terminated or banned from further use of our website. Sock It To The Pedal reserves the right to terminate any account or user on it's system without cause. Sock It To The Pedal agrees to honor any paid memberships for the term of 30-days. Paid members that are terminated from our site will not be offered a refund. All paid memberships are final, we do not offer any refunds. Members that incur chargeback’s to credit cards will be automatically banned and charged a $60 processing fee. Failure to pay this fee will be reported to the proper credit bureau and collection agency. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Sock It to the Pedal.

3. CONTENT: All content and media on Sock It To The Pedal is rated for general audience viewing. Under no circumstances will any pornography, hatred, or illegal content be posted to our website. Violators of this agreement will be banned and reported to the proper authorities. All posted content is use at your own risk. Sock It To The Pedal assumes no liability to the use of posted content.

4. TERMINATION: Any user that is banned or terminated from the Sock It To The Pedal website may no longer view or use any of it's services. Attempts to defraud our website will be logged and submitted to the proper authorities. Users that close their own accounts and are in good standing may continue use of our website as long as they follow the terms set forth by this agreement.

5. AGREEMENT: All users of Sock It To The Pedal give implied consent of their agreement to the terms of use outlined here. You agree that you will follow these terms while using our website and services. Failure to follow these terms will result in banning or termination of the use of our website.
